OWT (Over Way Technology) announced the “Superconductive Heat Pipe Technology”, the first no direction limitation conductive heat pipe dissipation method. This technology is undergoing patent submission process.

According to the test result provided by OWT, the superconductive heat pipe created by the “Superconductive Heat Pipe Technology” is able to function within the operating temperature of -76oC to 1200oC. The pipe can also rapidly transmit hot or cold temperature. It has a transmitting range up to 2km and yet still maintains 85% of its functionality. This technology can be used in vast industries, including: air-condition device that does not need compressor or coolant and is energy-efficient and environmentally safe, car engine cooling module; nuclear reactor cooling device, heat energy reactor, and etc…

Currently Over Way Technology is utilizing this technology in IT industries by releasing the VSC-189 CPU cooler. Without the fan the weight of the product is only 320g. Including the fan the height of the product is only 85mm. This product is able to proficiently dissipate heat on CPU performing over 200Watts, thus making this invention the only product in the market to achieve high result with such a light-weight component.

  超熱導科技公司目前發表「超導熱導管技術」,首創無方向限制的熱導管散熱方式,目前這項技術已在申請專利中。

  根據超熱導科技公司提出的實驗數據,利用「超導熱導管技術」所製造出來的熱導管,工作溫度可涵蓋到-76℃~1200℃之間,快速地傳導熱或冷;傳送距離到達2km之遠時,還能保持85%的有效率,並且沒有方向的限制。此項技術可以做非常廣範的運用:包括無需壓縮機、冷媒且非常省電的環保冷氣,汽車引擎散熱模組,甚至核子反應爐的冷卻裝置,地熱發電…等。

  目前,超熱導科技首先運用此項技術在IT產業推出VSC-189 CPU散熱器,不含風扇重量只有320公克,含風扇整組的高度只有85mm,卻能達到200Watt的散熱功率,是目前市面上唯一可以在如此輕巧的重量下散熱效果達到200Watt以上的產品。

 
Our notebook PC cooler is different from traditional laptop cooler. Traditional laptop cooler utilizes the whole cooling device to dissipate heat, thus increasing the heat surface area among the laptop. Our invented notebook PC cooler only utilizes the cooling fins and fans to dissipate the heat from the device. The rest of the area such as pipe, chassis mold, and etc…(please view the photo) are covered with heat resistant tape. This design will segregate heat to the cooling fins and fan, thus lowering the temperature of the device to ambient temperature. The notebook PC cooler will then effective transfer the heat out.
  超熱導的設計是將筆記型電腦的散熱器之發熱端的底座和熱管用隔熱材料包覆起來,與內部空氣隔離,使內部環境溫度降低,而熱能由熱導管接到散熱鰭片在由風扇直接排出外面,使筆記型電腦保持在低溫狀態。
