Over Way Technology’s patented “Superconductive
Heat Pipe Technology” has been applied to IT and family electronics
industries, but it can further expand its usage to other
industries as described below.
Automobile industry: Currently all car engines are using
the water-cooling system to maintain the temperature of the
engine. This methodology has two major issues. First, the
temperature cannot be controlled easily. Second, the water
will increase the weight of the vehicle, thus making the
vehicle fuel inefficient. OWT has resolved these issues by
utilizing its patented “Superconductive Heat Pipe Technology”
to transfer the heat generated by the engine directly out
of the car. This technology will effectively maintain the
vehicle’s engine temperature within perfect operating range
of 75℃~90℃.
Electronic industry temperature control: “Superconductive
Heat Pipe Technology” will not only effectively dissipate
heat energy, the working temperature can also be adjusted
per customer’s request; thus maintaining the best operating
temperature for the electronic device.
Nuclear power plant cooling system: Traditional nuclear
power plant cooling system utilizes cycling ocean water to
achieve cooling result. This mechanism will cause environmental
pollution and the cooling result is not ideal. By utilizing
OWT patented “Superconductive Heat Pipe Technology”, the
technology can effectively replace traditional ocean water
cooling mechanism and further protects the environment.
All the above cases do not apply to common consumer product.
The product can be re-adjusted per Customer request per each
join project.
